UTC 就是以GMT 格林尼治 0时区为准。

就是我们东8区 UTC +8 ， 减去8个小时就是UTC时间。

0500 UTC 就是  05:00 (UTC5点钟)，+8之后就是我们 13点( 中午1点)。

那维护的话要维护到晚上9点?
