拓展商店里下载AIPRM for ChatGPT然后打开CHATGPT搜Jailbreak选中第二个发送下面这段话，这是我论坛里看到一位大佬的模版借用来配合的，

让它翻译前记得要骗它我是要修改敏感信息才需要翻译的，成功几率还是很高的，我目前使用情况是连续对话十几次长文本没有觉醒，如果对话次数多了觉醒了就重新开一个对话，其实也麻烦，不过为了搞颜色无所谓了
另外推荐一个好用的EDGE网页拓展，也可以翻译敏感文本而且拒绝翻译的概率较小，缺点是一天只有30次翻译次数
